I started Aurora in 2023 with a single apartment in Business Bay. Today we manage over 30 properties across Dubai, from Palm Jumeirah and Downtown to Arabian Ranches.
I built the company around one idea: most owners hand their property to a manager and become a line item in someone's portfolio. At Aurora every owner has a dedicated manager, and direct access to me.

Every short-term rental in Dubai needs a Holiday Home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism. Aurora holds the operator trade licence, so you don't need to form a company or apply yourself. We handle the permit per unit, the annual renewal, guest registration and Tourism Dirham filings. If DET inspects, we handle it.

How do you ensure the security of my property and its contents?

We also implement secure access systems and provide clear instructions to guests regarding security protocols. In the rare event of any issues, our team is available 24/7 to handle emergencies and resolve them promptly.
Do I need a licence to rent my property short-term in Dubai?
Yes. Every unit rented for under six months requires a Holiday Home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism, and listings without a valid permit number face removal and fines. Aurora holds the operator trade licence, so the permit is applied for under our licence rather than requiring you to set up a company.
We handle the application per unit, including the building NOC and DEWA documentation, and manage the annual renewal so your listings never go dark. Your permit number appears on every listing as DET requires. Day to day we register every guest with the ICA within 24 hours of check-in, file Tourism Dirham returns by the 15th of each month, and keep the unit's safety equipment inspection-ready.
